In addition, the ranch has four, three-quarter acre deer breeding pens that are fully outfitted with water, feed troughs, 12 x 20 shade covers and double-gated runways. Each pen contains select does with superior genetics. Those does have produced numerous fawns that are in the process of reaching maturity and adding to the programs overall quality. The largest buck in the breeding program scored 226 B&C inches as a two-year-old and the second brood buck is a class 180 B&C.
While whitetails have received the focused management attention, other species, including Axis, turkey, dove, quail, ducks and assorted varmints such as fox and bobcats, have benefited from the enhanced stewardship.

A wildlife biologist identified numerous varieties of high-protein forbs and brush on the ranch, so its a natural wildlife haven. To enhance the wildlife operation, there are three 2,000 lbs. protein feeders, two 2,000 lbs. corn feeders, two 300 lbs. corn feeders, two milo feeders for turkey and three double-insulated deer blinds (one ground blind and two tower blinds).
All breeder deer and equipment transfer with the sale.
For anglers, a large tank that is 14-feet deep in its center is stocked with bass and bream and perch.

The Lodging
After a long day in the field, enthusiasts can look forward to returning to the lodging compound that contains three red cedar log cabins with well-insulated green metal roofs. The compound is situated to provide pretty views of the rolling land and nearby tank. The cabins interiors are finished in a distinctive mixture of red cedar and white pine. All feature expansive covered porches. Well-designed walkways connect the cabins and lead to the outdoor barbecue area with a large custom firebox barbecue pit as well as the fire pit for after-dark gatherings. The 1 bedroom/1.5 bath main cabin is 1,500 square feet of open concept design featuring a gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including a double oven, custom cabinetry, solid surface counter tops and a walk-in pantry. French doors in the dining room open to a covered screened in porch. The master suite features a luxurious bath that includes a shower as well as Jacuzzi tub. Statement light fixtures and a surround sound stereo system in selected rooms are special touches that add to the overall ambiance.
The two bedroom guest cabins are approximately 900 square feet and were designed with practical entertaining in mind. Each bedroom has a private sink and vanity areas which adjoin a shared bath. Tankless water heaters and top-of-the-line Mitsubishi dual a/c unit ensure guests comfort.

The Ranch Infrastructure
The custom-designed, painted-pipe ranch entrance is outfitted with remote controlled automatic openers making entrance and egress easy in all types of weather.
The 30 x 40 concrete block barn is built on a concrete foundation and has an insulated metal roof as well as a 15 metal roofed lean-to on the front. Inside it is outfitted with built-in shelves and a workbench. It also has a game processing area with electric hoists and a large capacity walk-in cooler. There are three doors including a 10 automatic garage door with an electric opener.

The barn also houses a 3,000 gallon water tank with two filters that feeds the cabins. It is supplied by the water well, which is also directly piped to the deer pens and the three concrete water troughs in the pasture.
