M&B Ranch

M&B Ranch’s history stretches to before the Civil War, when Henry Corgey immigrated from Germany and settled on the property. The ranch remained in his family until the late 1980s, when the current owner acquired it in three separate parcels.

The land transitions from higher elevations—providing multiple scenic homesite options—down to fertile bottomland shaded by mature pecans, live oaks, and post oak trees. Impressive live oaks also create a shady canopy along the primary entrance.

Water features include a water well and two ponds (plus a natural site for a third). Year-round McDonald Creek forms the eastern boundary, and two wet-weather creeks add water when conditions are right.
